A customer, Jim Miner Jr., from Miner's Super One Foods told me several years ago that he "Works Hard and Plays Hard." If you know anything about Jim Miner Jr. he is a professional at doing this, I am just an amateur. I really liked the motto and have adopted it for myself. Jim, Paul and Peter Miner all competed in Ironman Cozumel. There were 2664 participants swimming 2.4, biking 112, and running 26.2. Saint Louis area Tour de Cure

On June 5th, I completed the century course for the Saint Louis area Tour de Cure. In total, 743 riders participated in the ride. With your generous gifts and support, I raised $1,515 for the American Diabetes Association!

Bike MS: Express Scripts Gateway Getaway Ride 2010

This was a fantastic ride, with over 3,000 participating. I was able to meet my goal of riding more than 200 miles over the weekend. With your generous gifts and support, we so far have raised $800 for The Multiple Sclerosis Society! The team I was riding for, the Monsanto Mavericks, have raised $61,875!
